Hydrocarbons (such as from petrol, diesel or oil), metals and perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) substances are present in groundwater beneath the site.
Pestcide and phenol compounds are present as a plume in groundwater on the eastern portion of the site.
Arsenic and ammonia are present as a plume in groundwater on the southern portion of the site.
Hydrocarbons and metals may also be present in soils across the site and PFAS substances within soils associated with the fire training facility. The extent of any impacts in soil is unknown.
