Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), such as those found in non-stick cookware; fabrics, furniture and carpets treated with stain protection; and food packaging, have been identified in a sample
of groundwater collected from a private bore in the north-eastern corner of this site. PFAS have also been identified in groundwater adjacent to this site to the north and east.
