“…potential sources of PFAS contamination were identified:
Two vehicle incidents in 1992 and 2002 on the Great Western Highway, near to the Medlow Bath township, reportedly resulted in the application of firefighting foam containing PFAS (Fire and Rescue NSW incident reports presented in Attachment A).”
